Located just a five-minute walk from Bugis Station, Artistry Cafe blends both local art and music in its charming hipster interior — home to Belgian waffles, cakes, pasta and an array of things pertaining to the avid foodie. There are witty references to the Malaysian/Singaporean culture on the walls and shelves, such as books like “The Three Little Pigs Lah” and “Nazi Goreng.”
The Belgian waffles are crispy, light and served with a scoop of ice cream (vanilla or fig and honey) and maple syrup in a tiny ceramic pot.
Apart from serving really good beverages (yes, definitely go for the coffee), it also provides a selection of beers for days when you just want to chug a cold one while kicking back on the couch with a book.
